Wales will take on Ireland at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff on Saturday 22nd February, during the first round of the 2025 Six Nations Championship.
Wales claimed a third Grand Slam under Warren Gatland following a 25-7 victory over Ireland during the 2019 Championship. More recently, Ireland beat Wales in two World Cup warm-up matches during the summer.
Wales and Ireland have contested a total of 129 rugby test matches since their first meeting in 1882. Wales have won 69 of those matches, whilst Ireland have won 53 matches. There have also been seven drawn matches between the two nations.
